Service Description
Living with a dog who struggles with behavioural challenges can be overwhelming. Whether they’re barking, growling, or hiding away, it’s not just their well-being you’re concerned about—it’s the toll it takes on you and your family. You’ve tried searching for answers online, maybe even sought advice elsewhere, but nothing seems to truly get to the root of the problem. That’s where our Deep Dive Session comes in. This 90-minute, one-on-one Zoom call with your dedicated trainer is the crucial first step in turning things around. During this session, we’ll take the time to truly get to know your dog—and you. We’ll explore what’s driving their behavior, from anxiety and fear to potential pain, and how these challenges are impacting your daily life. Your trainer will ask thoughtful, detailed questions and will be taking extensive notes throughout to ensure no stone is left unturned. But this session isn’t just about uncovering what’s going on—it’s about empowering you with clarity and a plan. In the second half of the call, your trainer will guide the conversation, explaining what they believe is at the heart of your dog’s struggles. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your dog’s behavior, learning why they’re reacting the way they do and how we can start to help them feel calmer, happier, and more secure right away. This isn’t just a consultation—it’s the foundation for success. By the end of the session, you’ll have new insight, practical advice to implement immediately, and the reassurance that you’re not in this alone. The Deep Dive Session is your opportunity to step away from the frustration and uncertainty, and take the first step toward a more peaceful, connected life with your dog.
Cancellation Policy
Classes, Bolt Ons and Private Client Packages must be paid for at the time of booking. Classes and Bolt Ons are payable in full, Private Client Packages will take 50% of the fee at the time of booking and the system will then automatically take the remaining 50% of the fee four weeks later. Private Client Packages and Bolt On Packages cannot be refunded once they have been started. Bolt On Packages must be used within one month of the first booking, Private Client Packages must be used within their noted time frame - either one or two months from the first booking. Arrangements for refunds of classes are set out below. Greater than two weeks notice given, full amount to be refunded. Contact admin@focusdogtraining.online Less than 48 hours notice given, no refund. Arrangements for rearrangements of Private Client Sessions: Greater than 48 hours notice given, no cost to rearrange. Contact admin@focusdogtraining.online Less than 48 hours notice given, full cost of session forfeited; you may rearrange another session at a discounted rate. Contact admin@focusdogtraining.online Exceptional circumstances may allow for bending of these rules but this is at the sole discretion of the Focus Dog Training Team; please get in touch if you feel this may be appropriate. Some of our sessions are non-refundable as we are not able to sell these spaces at such short notice therefore there is a direct cost to our business.
